Where do we deliver?

We ship worldwide, with some exceptions. If you are unable to select your country during registration, please contact us. We will then check whether shipping is possible and enable the corresponding country.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated only after we receive your order. We typically ship via UPS; only in very rare cases do we use Swiss Post. You can also arrange for a shipping carrier of your choice to pick up your order, or you can pick up the items in person.

Import Fees
Important for buyers outside of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein: You will typically incur import fees when importing goods from Switzerland; these fees vary by country and are usually collected by the shipping company upon delivery of the goods. The buyer is responsible for paying these costs; as the exporter, we are responsible for ensuring that the goods are declared in accordance with regulations so that there are no delays in delivery.
