General Information These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on di-rocco-collectibles.ch. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the version available at checkout is the one that applies.

Order Confirmation After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The order becomes binding once the confirmation email has been sent. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.

Order Changes Changes to an order (such as adding or removing items, updating quantities, or modifying customer details) are not possible once the order has been placed. If you wish to make any adjustments, the existing order must be cancelled — provided it has not yet been shipped — and a new order must be submitted.

Order Cancellation If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once the package is dispatched, no cancellations can be made.

Product Condition & Images All products sold on di-rocco-collectibles.ch are new and unused. Product images where available are for illustration only — colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. The products on this site are collectible items and not toys. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.

Prices All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Obvious pricing errors are not binding. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

Returns & Refunds Returns are only accepted if the wrong items were delivered or if items arrived damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake. Opened or used items cannot be returned.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can help. For lost shipments, we will assist where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the postal service.

Data Protection Your personal data is only used to process your order and deliver your items. We do not share your information with third parties except for shipping providers.

Website Availability We do our best to keep the website running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for technical issues, downtime, or data loss.
